Nonsense KKR management !!

I'm not enough experience to comment on any decision of John Buchanan but at the same moment ,i don't think so I've not enough intellectuals to comment on entire silly strategy and worst men management !!
There Must Be a Better Way to start all negotiations
but i would love to start from the most dumbest theory of 300 year old game and this is multiple captaincy theory !!
Floating the four-captain theory: It’s surely the dumbest theory in the history of cricket. The last thing that a team, which certainly isn't the strongest on paper (might be u've major concern dear but I've full faith on my statement). this theory divides team before a ball being bowled in tournament most of them disapprove even our respectable honorable cricket fraternity bluntly rejected theory.Not a single one accepted this theory aparts from some frnd of Buchanan .At a time when the team should have been focusing on strategies to synergies its performance and outsmart its opponent, Buchanan’s non-theory ensured that KKR’s team spirit had taken a free hit before a ball was bowled.

For making Brendon McCullum the captain: In retrospect(Contemplation of things past), it appears that the idea of having four captain was only a way of getting Sourav Ganguly out of the leadership role.Really I've major concern about integrity of both SRK and stupid coach .
But why McCullum? bcz, he is swashbuckling cricket star, but what leadership quality has he ever displayed at home or abroad?
Undeniably Buchanan’s initiative has weighed down a mercurial batsman with the crushing load of responsibility. Since he became captain, his scores are: 1, 21, 3, 1,7. And, by the way, has anybody seen any intelligent, pro-active move made by McCullum in any of these games. . It appears the upgrading of McCullum has more to do with the Kiwi’s lack of experience, because it enables Buchanan to wield real power. he mentioned intially i want to develope leader . Nonsense want to develope leader but only white skin . he has nearly 1 dozen managing staff.

Buchanan said the decision was taken in the best interests of the team.
I'm sure there'll be the odd objection to it, but hopefully the fans will understand that what we are trying to do is the best for them, the best for the franchise and the best for Sourav. We don't make these decisions lightly."

Anyway in this IPL2 I'm not cheering for KKR bcz our beloved dada is no more captain . So simply lost interest . Anyway If, I've to choose one I'll cheer for D.D.
